Just a few minutes ago I ran upon Twitter.com. It is a very simple application that allows you to post thoughts, feelings, or whatever simply and easily. One of the coolest features is the ability to post from your cell phone by simply sending a TXT message. Almost instantly your message shows up on your Twitter page and if you use the code snippet provided you can post your thoughts everywhere.

This could be a great addition to your MySpace Layout. They offer code snippets for a flash based update that allow you to cut and paste into your profile for easy updating of your myspace profile from your cell or computer.

It is a pretty cool technology and has the potential to do so much more. Stay ahead of the technology curve and try Twitter out for yourself.

Football season is finally here! Finally something worth watching on TV Monday nights and weekends. If your a big sports fan, this little MySpace plugin is a must have. This widget was created by Fox Sports, and is flash based so it will also work on other sites such as Xanga or any other social networking site.

The Fox Sports Myspace tool is a small plugin that is basically like an RSS reader which displays the top 8 or so headlines for the NFL. You can see the Fox Sports headlines widget running below.

If you want to add this neat little sports widget to your profile just visit the Fox Sports profile and copy and paiste the MySpace Codes they have provided.

EQO Widget - Message Boards for MySpace

Face it, the default message board section of MySpace is plain and boring. The area designated for you to let all of your friends know your status such as online, on your mobil phone or whatever else may be the case is just not much to look at. The guys at EQO have released a widget that not only looks great but allows you to show all kinds of information to your visitors.

As you can see, EQO allows you to show your status with the "On My Mobil" status icon in the upper right corner, and provides a button that allows you to send text messages to your friends phone directly from your Myspace profile. You are also able to send pictures and text messages to it so that it displays to all of your friends exactly what your doing at the moment. In the photo above they've uploaded an image from their camera phone directly to the widget and said they are at the Coldplay concert.

For those of you who are looking to add a game or two to your Myspace Layout , I suggest you try Flasteroids. Although most of you on MySpace are not old enough to appreciate the Atari sensation Asteroids, hell most of you don't know what Atari is! EEK!

Regardless of your age or lack there of, Flashteroids is an excellent game to add to any myspace layout or template in order to spice up your profile.

The only downfall is, It's hard as sin!

More Abercrombie Myspace Layouts

I've noticed a pretty good response to our last post for Abercrombie MySpace Layouts, so I wanted to give the fans more of what they want. Ive rounded up a few more Abercrombie and Fitch themed MySpace Layouts, and they come from a site that has literally hundereds of customized myspace profiles to choose from.

So without furthur rambling here is the list directly to the A&F Myspace Templates for you to start using on your personal profile page. To get the code, there is a link at the top of each page which says "To view code click here".

MySpace Abercrombie Male Model Layout
This Abercrombie layout features a black and white background image of a stunning young man with no shirt on. The text boxes for all of your MySpace content is semi transparent so that you can still see the background as your scroll down the page.

A&F MySpace Model and Bikini Layout
This A and F MySpace template features the same male model in the previous layout, but is on a much smaller scale and is repeated in the background along with a picture of an Abercrombie bikini top for girls.

Abercrombie and Fitch T-Shirt Layout
This third layout is a very minimilistic template. It is white, and has a green girls shirt as the background. The content is also very easy to read, which is a problem with some of the other templates you see on Myspace.

Girly Abercrombie MySpace Template
This Myspace template is very girly. It has small images repeating as the background which include flip flops, belts, jeans and a pink Abercrombie mooose.

Girls Abercrombie & Fitch Myspace Layout
This layout is also pretty girly. It has random images of girls A&F tshirts as the background image. The content is blocked off in white and is also very easy to read.

Zingfu - Photo Templates for MySpace

We posted about another site that does this called Geo-Vistors, but this one seems to do a better job with the integrated user picture and information when you hover over a specific pin point.

Myspace is known for its downtimes, and catapiller slow speeds on occasions. Sometimes you just want to see an update made to a friends profile, or browse through new peoples profiles so you can make Myspace friends fast. With all the templates and customization people do with their myspaces it can really put a drain on their servers causing you to wait forever to see people profiles. Well now there is a solution.

Browster is a Myspace extension for both Firefox and Internet Explorer that allows you to see a person profile without having to actually go to it with your browser.
